What is our culture ? Is it worth promoting ? Should there be more government control or less ? Subsidies yes or no ?
This can include discussion of immigration issues, but racism is explicitly rejected. The British Isles is the only ancestral homeland that the English, Welsh, Scots and Irish have. Citizens of different ancestry are welcome to join in.
(* With apologies to the Scots and Irish. This refers to the British Isles, the United Kingdom governed by the Westminster Parliament, but "The UK is the homeland of the UKish" just doesn't sound right.)
Re: Homeland This is a great forum ~ one I am just thrilled to help out with where I can. The honors of keeping it going though belong to everyone who has a board here or that is a member of one (or several). We've got a great group here, that's for sure. The folks working behind the scenes do a fantastic job of making sure we'll able to login each day and visit with our friends.
