Kim, honey I am so sorry. What way do you feel low? Are you ailing for a bug or do you mean emotionally low? I had PPD after Summer for a year - have you considered this?

I am just so down I feel really bad its not really physical, I am not sure, my anxiety has been out of control also...I have panic attacks ones that feel like you can't breath... uggh

you need some TLC. I am sorry about your panic attacks - what can you do about them? And its no wonder with so much on your plate lately. How are you getting on with the girls?

I just feel like I am on a rooler coaster and can't get off,
Marg said i NEEDED zanax and a good Dr. and I agree...
but It hopefully will get better,I hope this bug hurries and runs its course I am tired of being ill and also the babies too...

xanax is not so bad honey - when I had summer I got PPD and I took prozac for about 6 or 7 months - it really helped me, mind you that was depression as opposed to anxiety.

Oh I am okay DH is away again - left today and will be gone 4 days. Its just work but it sucks that he is gone so much, I am hoping it will settle down after christmas. Thats the problem when you own the business - but then again we have to think of the $$$.

The kids are doing great too emoticon .

I wanted to ask you if you could do me a fabour .... please ... please I need to add a link ...... here is the message ... could you do it or help me do it?
