 Banning/Suspension Policy - [MUST READ]
A ban or suspension occurs when a SW: GT member has either repeatedly committed a major/minor offense or has been disruptive to the role-playing community and board as a whole.
All member's, regardless of position, are allowed an instance of either 3 major offenses, or 5 minor offenses. Or any combination of the two, i.e. 1 major 3 minor, 2 major 1 minor, ect.
The first offense, regardless of severity, will warrant a written warning from a Staff Member. All other subsequent offenses will warrant suspension, and will be decided upon by the Staff. Banning occurs when a member has proven themselves to be a disruptive member of the community, and has no interest in following our rules. A Staff Member will immediately dispatch this member a written explination as to why they are banned from SW: GT and that will be the end of it. Banning is NOT something we are interested in doing, but if necessary, it is a step we are willing to take to ensure a fun role-playing environment for everyone.
