Great result with our 15 Reserve team players, same players week in week out,
With the team Teignmouth put out (great respect to us) i would expect them to dominate any Div 4 league game,
we do it all again Wed eve, bring it on
We also did well playing against you with our reserve team....a defender playing in goal....one fit sub (me and Eddie just there for aesthetics really)....brilliant to dominate a team thats top of the table by playing good football when you look at the facts!

Re: Results 18/04
Red Tissue...i think you have a decent team that were the better side for the first half despite being a goal down. I thought the way some of your players treated the referee was a disgrace and even from the touchline there were cries of cheat which was sad to hear as the guy stepped in at the last minute cos we had no referee hours before kick-off. Sure he made wrong decisions but they were for both sides. If your team had concentrated on the game rather than the ref i think you had enough talent to get back and maybe win the game. It was also a shame not one person from K & C went back to the pub where a lot of hot food went to waste. Hopefully we will have a better couple of matches next year.

Rollerball,
no doubt you played v v well, you have a v v strong res team,
as you were at home we were expecting you to have the lion share of the possesion, such a strong team you have, your record speaks for itself (point deduction exempt)

Re: Results 18/04
i think that home advantage had little to do with the dominence of possession displayed by tinny yesterday. Its not as if we had a massive crowd intimidating the opposition. As for the pitch, its in a bad state and is the same for both teams, we actually tried to keep it on the deck and play neat attacking football, a lot of the chances we created yesterday would have been improved upon with a better pitch. Hopefully you have a nice flat non bobbly pitch for us this wednesday?

Re: Results 18/04
sorry Ally no can do for you with the pitch its well maintained and probably not so bobbly but its a lot smaller and has a nice slant should make it a different game by the way you worked your arse off yesterday mate i have never marked anyone with the desire to chase the ball down and with long periods on your own up front fair play mate!
look forward to another battle with you on wednesday

Re: Results 18/04
ally 10 you would be surprised to hear it was the younger lads who lost there heads the older ones including myself were firm but fair. Boro boss i have allready said the ref was abused rather unfairly i allways give a honest reflection of the games i play in and i have not critised him yes he made mistakes but show me a player who has never made one. sorry the food went to waste and kkc should of made the effort to come back to the pub i normally do but i was not driving this time. hopefully when we meet next season (if ive not retired) it will hopefully be games where football would be discussed and not other issues.

Re: Results 18/04
So was that your usual reserve team Roller? I heard a few rumours that there were a few first teamers involved (and to be fair I'm sure some of your players wouldn't look out of place in the first team). For example, your number 7 (Wilko?) looked outstanding...a view shared by most of our boys. Is he a regular?
I'm not stirring, just interested...
