Congratulations Pablo, you made it! And you're having fun, it seems.
I went to a Dali exhibition in London a few years ago - ok till I got to the top floor. It got a bit harder to look at then!
Have a peaceful time, parlicoot

Re: Greetings from barcelona

Hi people,
I'm back and feeling quite tired. Thanks for all the messages. It went ok. I didn't feel as frightened as when I last went away to prague on my own. In fact I didn't see any trouble at all when I was there. Tried loads of new foods including squid, mussels, grouper fish and swordfish. The swordfish was delicious. Took 170 photos, will have to dwindle them down before I get them printed. Did plenty of sightseeing. It's interesting seeing things from a distance when you're away. I realised part of troubles have been through lack of attantion.
Hope you are all well
Best wishes
Pablo.

Re: Greetings from barcelona

Not too bad thanks, back to work and the usual routine. There has been some slight improvements. I started an italian cooking course with someone from work and hope I will enjoy the rest of it as much as I enjoyed the first one. Also I am going out for a meal this friday which is very rare for me with a group of people I know through the hospital. I am looking forward to that aswell and not dreading it as I usually am before I go out.

I may aswell say aswell that I'm a bit more comfortable with my sexuality than I was and was kind of hoping my friends I'm going out with on friday had found out by now, I've dropped enough hints but me looking so straight I don't think they know. Also the man from work I'm on the cooking course with doesn't seem to know either although I was convinced he did.

Thought I may aswell tell you it's better to have these things out in the open.

Hope you are keeping well, keep soldiering on and you really can get better. I have hit rock bottom more than once and know if you keep trying in a positive healthy way you'll see improvements. Although I do still feel I'm only halfway there it's better than I was doing.

Very best wishes
Pablo
