panic over
sorry for having you worried over the weekend im still hear an ploding on had a bit of a rough weekend
had to much to drink witch led to a huge hangover and i missed my medication. been on trazidone for six months now and they seem to be doing their job
that was up until i had a few bottles of wine over the weekend. Was feeling great friday afternoon so decided to get pi55ed
That left me totally spaced as i didnt know if i had taken my meds or not had a hangover and crashed over the weekend
but i cant change the past ill just need to wait a few days for the meds to kick in properly again till then i will live for today and hope tommorow is slightly better hope you all had a nice weekend

glad you are ok. you know drinking and med they don't go together but if that how you need to cope with yourself then who an i to judge.

thankyou for all your best wishes im well and back on form, i suppose i wanted to live my life for a few days without worring about meds the effects and all the bull
Iwanted to be "normal" as with my life its a roller coaster and when im doing o.k then i want the life others have, to be with friends and enjoy a drink without everything coming at a price.
however i need to treat my body and mind with respect as with the new meds they are working after 11yrs of trying every anti d knowing to man. i should be greatful i have something that works

how u doing my friend.
carlos lives near manchester i live near dartford kent where do u live ?? have not spoken for a couple of days have we been to my classes today i fall asleep in my relax classes i think i getting to chilled out also had my anxiety management course that coming along ok do you have anything like a centre where u can go for a couple of hours a day. i starting a open university course in november on WAIT FOR IT physcology.no not cooking ha ha

phycology is a gret thing to study i studied it myself for aa few years undrestanding human behaviour and development is very rewarding good luck st.
I have been pre occupied with other things bn at work at the hospital, taking my old work to a tribunaral on monday so been prepering myself mentally for that as im taking on Glasgow city council for descrimination and victimisation on my own whatch this space lol ps i stay in glasgow

you know you don't have to prepare yourself mentally you know whats going on and this matter needs to be addressed if you know deep down inside that this matter needs attention then go for it with an open mind and don't let anything or anyone stir you up mentally for you are better than they are and even though you have your problems your brain can act clearly and with positive thinking than the next person. i will be there with you in mind and holding your hand when things might get bumpy. you are a glasgow girl well you should be hard as nails living up there,if its anything to go on when i watch anything on telly about up there.Is it true do men wear any thing underneath their kilts?? Ihope you manage to get to the library at the week end so you can read this.
you take care of yourself.And i have faith in you with Monday ordeal.You get back to me at your earliest.and slow down on the booze this weekend because nothing will get rid of what u have to face. [Don't i go on i like old mother hen.]

how are you sorry for not been in touch recentaly i had to get away for a bit, to much **** going on with work and things.
as for the men in kilts well that depends on size as i have came to find out the men that wear the pants have wee ones lol
