 WELCOME, NEWCOMER JODI OLSON!
Jodi is a newly published author of a contemporary cowboy story that comes out in July. She has a fondness for a sexy man in a hat, then again who wouldn't?

Hi Everyone! This is all new to me so hope i do ok. lol
The cowboys pick me always. I have been a reader of these sexy cowboys since i was a teen. This one book
Playing House is a comtempary ,then my next one will be historical western. so i love both kinds of cowboys.

Favorite part to write was the start i think, how they met,then the party and her opening the gifts she got.The least favorite i would say when he leaves her,the hardest to write was first sex scene. lol Takes me forever to write one.

Now I have to, why does it take you a long time to write a sex scene? Is it the emotion, the action, or something else?

I would say its the emotion,it takes me awhile because I want to be sure to put the characters in the right frame of mind that the readers will enjoy. I want to be sure that it is the best and readers get a lot out of it .

This is one hot cowboy, Jodi. You've said he had to leave her. How emotional is this book? Did you tear up while writing it? Are you going to make us cry? Do we get to laugh? What mood were you in while you were writing it?

I didn't cry when i wrote this no, i laughed,smiled and it was a fun one to write also only took me three weeks to write where most of my others like the first book written that will also be second book out, that one took 6 months. I am hoping you will laugh and smile ALOT.
I did have alot of funny parts in the book but editor didnt think i was to funny i guess. shame on him. lol

I'm a friend of Jodi's and look forward to her soon to be released book. Jodi is a very creative individual and loves making up stories about sexy alpha cowboys.
