Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr: Christmas Eve in LA Enjoying a Christmas Eve day outing with his lady, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr were spotted grabbing lunch at Mauro’s Cafe at Fred Segal on Wednesday afternoon (December 24).

According to paparazzi on the scene, the two made separate entrances, with Kerr heading inside and ordering a plate of pasta that was waiting for Bloom upon his arrival.
Earlier in the day, the “Pirate’s of the Caribbean” hunk and his Vitoria’s Secret supermodel girlfriend did a little shopping at the Burton snowboard store.

Paps on the scene tell that “the couple joked around and laughed when Orlando took a liking to one of the boards with a scantily clad woman on front of it and declared ‘I want this one babe’ while pointing at the board with a blonde woman on the front.”

Kerr reportedly smiled and joked back: “But she’s blonde, I’m not blonde.”

WRITE UP ABOUT ORLANDO BLOOMS ACCIDENT



With all the swashbuckling action behind him in Pirates of the Caribbean and The Lord of the Rings, don't expect floppy haired Orlando Bloom to flip his wig over a minor traffic incident.

The 31-year-old British-born actor was driving a 2003 Toyota Matrix in Hollywood over the weekend. He was forced to swerve to avoid another vehicle and slammed into a parked Porsche Cayenne, according to TMZ.

The most shocking aspect of the accident must have been the owner of the Porsche seeing Orlando Bloom come out from behind the wheel of a 2003 Toyota Matrix. (The car is registered to Dariusz Wolski, the director of photography for the Caribbean franchise.) Police have determined that Bloom was not driving under the influence, and that paparazzi may have been pursuing him.

Bloom's rep was quick to issue a statement: "Orlando Bloom is grateful that no one was seriously injured. Bloom called for help immediately following the incident.

"He spent last night at the hospital to be with his childhood friend who sustained a minor neck injury. He is thankful that emergency services arrived so quickly and that the ER staff at Cedars Sinai took such good care of his friend."

And if Orlando needs a friend to take good care of him, he knows just where to go.

There’s a popular saying that all rock stars want to be actors and all actors want to be rock stars. And yesterday (February 5) Orlando Bloom got a little of both on the set of his new movie “Sympathy for Delicious.”

The “Lord of the Rings” stud pranced around the set shirtless while filming a series of live performance scenes in front of a screaming audience.

And while he’s fully submersed in “Sympathy,” it sounds like Orly already has his eye on his next project, said to be sci-fi thriller “The Cross.”

Bloom will play a man on a mission in a futuristic border town. Also starring in “The Cross” is “Quantum of Solace” cutie Olga Kurylenko.

To be honest, the song they had Orlando sing didn’t show off his voice too well. I’m not saying his voice is bad; it’s just that it was a fairly hard rock song and so he didn’t really get the chance to demonstrate much vocal range. The song overall was okay. I think Orlando had a little trouble getting fully into it at first but he definitely got better as the day progressed and you could tell that he was embracing the role of rock star more and more with each take.
