have a few questions
Is there anywhere at the field where I could store my stuff during the B.O.T.B scenerio on the 9th of dec.? Because ima be dropped off and don't know where to put my gear. thx.

I am in the same boat. One of my friends said that they get there early and grab picnic tables. That is what I am planning on

Alot of people invest in locking storage containers.
I myself and many of the people on my team have bought these:
Thinking-Outside SmartBin
It is a heavy duty lockable storage box. They are sold at Walmart and alot of places like that. Add your own padlock and you are good to go.
