Post game thoughts
I just wanted to take the time and say to Jim and the staff at OA that the game today went off very well. From the player's perspective the day was fun and relaxing. The production team really has their stuff together and I applaud their efforts in making today a good one.

Re: Post game thoughts
Yes, the game itself, and staff was 110% as always!
But there were some problems that really did bug me.
1. Guns shooting hot (I got a numb/bloody face from a ball that slipped under my mask)
2. They're being some very poor players (Bouncing, ramping, very bold "target practice" on players that aren't in, and very clearly out)
In any case, I had fun, met a lot of cool people, and got to help a little around the field. :Thumbs up:
I'll get the pictures posted next!

Re: Post game thoughts
I had some problems with the paint, so I had to use my .693 back and it was alright. I saw quite a few people wiping though. Anyways, I had a great time, it was an intense fight the whole time. Especially when blue was right at our rejuv in the end. Congrats to both teams 2300/2300 is a very good job. However, I guess blue won with that duel at the end, lol.

Re: Post game thoughts
Yeah, I saw some wiping, and I definitely was on the receiving end of some target practice on people who were already out. Hands up, Neon Green barrel bag and all. My experience was more comical than anything though. I was visibly out, as described above, walking back to rejuve and I get lit up. I make it apparent to the guy that I was already out, and I get a "yeah that's right MFer get the F off the field!" and I was like "Did you just tough talk a dead guy? Man, I wish I were as cool as you." and walked away with him stuttering something and his friends laughing at him. So even though I have a huge lump on my head from it, I can still laugh. But in all aspects, you gotta expect some incidents of that at any game. I can't wait to see the pictures.

Re: Post game thoughts
Red Team put up a great fight for those of us on Blue. Many of us on Blue agreed that the Red Team guys had the better organization early in the game.
Great weather, one of the best turnouts, and great paintball firefights all over the field all day. I used up my box of paint by 2:00, the battles were raging all day. I wonder what was the total player count for the day?
And by the way, I did make it to the top of the castle (twice) for those on Red Team that wanted to know. I even left my Grim Reaper recruitment card there. haha..
The only bad thing was that I had to use one of my back up markers since both of my primary markers are still in the OA shop waiting for parts....

Re: Post game thoughts
i would like the red team for fighting so hard all day long, you guys were doing a bang up job of running missions
and it is very rare to have a tie in a scenario game. once again very good work
And to the blue team that was some of the hard and most intense fire battles i have ever seen at OA having the other team fight that hard made the game a lot of fun for everyone
and congrats to Lee for winning the shoot out with guns the are all most if not older then i am
can not wait for the next game
SEE EVERYONE THERE

Re: Post game thoughts
Hats off to OA & the players/teams that attended...
This was a well organized game run by a great staff. And the level of compition there was awsome! Even sides with great players & teams pushing each other back & forth all day in perfect weather...
What else could you ask for?
I know myself & the 13th had an awsome time and will be back soon to enjoy the good fields & good play! (And I'm sure we'll bring a few more friends next time!)

PS special congrats for that old guy that was out there dueling at the end... Anyone know that masked man's name LOL? And nice job Redic! Awsome job with running Red team & with letting the "old guy" win at the end... Classy move

We got a hold of those guys and the entire team was ejected off the field for dishonerable play.
