1. Take the barrel off
2. Put 3 drops of oil in the Screw-in/ASA air hole.
3. Attach air source
4. Dry fire the marker many times to get the oil to pass through the system.

That's all you need to do.

You COULD also disassemble the marker and manually add oil to all the various orings you find, but that take WAY too long.

I use the same methods for both of my Model 98s. Generally, if paint did not break inside the marker, there is no need to take it apart, the oil in the ASA will keep everything sufficiently lubricated.

Drops of oil in the ASA is the way I have always done it.

yea the reason i had to take it apart was to make sure paint was not in it due to splatter... i have not been in paintball for a long time so i have a question what is the ASA exactly

The ASA is the part where your air supply connects to the marker. If you take the tank off and look, there should be a small hole past all the threads. That is where you drop the oil.

They do but they are a dogdy lot, more likely to steal your gun than clean it. Stay away from them is the best advice I could give, them and their whole team.

Hey I resent that remark. I have moved onto electros. And besides I have 2 A-5's and have not used either in over a year now. Why would I want another one to sit around and collect dust.
