Policy change
I have made a change in policy here regarding what I call "Legacy Skins." Prior to now a skin submission had to have a test board site with the skin in place in order to be listed.
Our new policy allows for older "Legacy Skins" to be listed as long as the code posted still allows the skin to be created 100% (this includes the graphics) and has two screen shots of the skin.
1. A large 500px wide screen shot of the skin to be posted with the code.
2. A small 165px x 102px thumbnail of the skin for use in our index listings.
