User Made Skins Rules
User Made Skins
1. When/if you submit a User made skin You have to Post the test Sites link for the skin.. which means if you post your Normal boards link that just happens to have the skin you want to submit on it.. your topic will be deleted.
2. If for some reason People think your board is unfit for the user skins (Ex: you are just using a Runboard skin with Just the Links a different color, or it's someone elses) your topic will be deleted.
3. We all have to start somewhere as far as web design goes.. you may Rate/critisize a skin.. but do not insult the maker if you dislike the skin.
4. Submitting a Skin here means of course anyone is allowed to use it.
5. Try to set up your Skin post using these guidelines .
