Yeah, the likeness looks great!!! Dare I even say....better than Sideshows, lol. Guess I'll be cancelling my preorders. I need more pics!!!!
I'm particularly pleased about the Indy sculpt as it could easily be retooled for Han Solo should Medicom ever make one. I still think the Sideshow sculpt is better, but there's the question of whether their production painters will screw it up. I'm pleasantly suprised that Medicom are making Dr Jones Sr as I was only expecting Indy. Does anyone know if there's a suitable 1/6 scale motorbike & sidecar available?

Re: Medicom Indiana Jones & Daddy Jones i know there is a bike out there, it's talked about in the freaks forum. not sure where though. not to sure on these yet, BUT the photos are crap. I'll wait to see better quality photos.ATM sideshow indy is better, but we have no good pics of medi indy. Real happy to see Henry Jones Sr. So if sideshow skips him, atleast there is one out there.
Re: Medicom Indiana Jones & Daddy Jones yup... 21st Century Toys did an affordable bike for these guys ! DML did one as well.. but they are pretty pricey... there may have been a third company that did one but I am not sure... regardless the 21st Century Toys one is still around and not too expensive....
anyhoo... the sculpts look good on these.. but his whip looks like trash.... as does Henry Sr's hat.. if you painted that hat red he would look like an extra for the old DEVO whip it video... regardless.. I am just happy to see the Jones movies get a good 1/6th treatment all the way around...
Re: Medicom Indiana Jones & Daddy Jones Yeah, Sideshow's isn't spot on either. "And the winner of the toy company that made a Indy figure that almost looks like Indy goes to....." LOL. At least we'll have options.

haha yeah, they are both kinda off.
Well, like u said, at least we have options.
Re: Medicom Indiana Jones & Daddy Jones The unpainted Sideshow sculpt does look mighty fine. Something just seemed to get lost with paint applied. Heck, even the Toys Mccoy Indy wasn't perfect but probably came the closest as far as the likeness goes. Mr. Ford is a tough dude to nail. Er...I mean sculpt wise.
