I also would have loved a Leon from Resident Evil 4, but I don't see that happening now so maybe something from the next game when that happens.
How about a Pyramid Head and a James from Silent Hill 2. =D (also don't see that happening) 
Snake from MGS 1 & 2 ? :escher:
Oh, a MGS4 Raiden? Looks kinda like a new 'Ninja' (which would also make an awesome figure. *sigh*)

Doc Ock would be very cool, but I'd prefer a comic version over the SM2 movie version.
