 Desert Rock Festival 2007
DESERT ROCK FRIDAY HEADLINER ANNOUNCED!
The Dubai Country Club’s new 30,000 capacity venue will host the Middle East’s biggest two day rock event, DUBAI DESERT ROCK FESTIVAL on the 9th and 10th March 2007!
Friday’s schedule is now complete with eight (8) bands, including the phenomenal 70 million album selling, IRON MAIDEN! Their new album ‘A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH' is available now!
Also included are the Middle East’s SHAMAL competition winner, Junkyard Groove sponsored by Zee Arabiya and Creative Kingdom Records USA.
The rock festival’s 2 day event and artists in order of appearance are as follows:

What to expect from DDRF 2007…
Expect not only two days worth of world class musicians rocking the Middle East, but also performances from some of the most exciting BMX extreme riders with their death-defying skills, and if you’re an adrenaline junky, hold onto your harness because there will be a purpose built adrenaline wire which allows the audience to safely speed across the top of the Desert Rock crowd as they pulsate to the music on stage! Air tattoo parlour, funky rock hair salon, bungee jumper, graffiti wall and much more will also be there for you to make your mark at DDRF 2007!

The doors open to general public on March 9th at 1pm and show starts at 2pm.
The doors open to general public on March 10th at 3pm and show starts at 4pm.
For the Disciples (Desert Rock members) the door will open 1 hour before the general public and they will have an exclusive entrance into the venue.
Free shuttle bus service in and around Dubai and Abu Dhabi for the public will be available throughout the weekend. Bus schedules are posted on the official DDRF website.
Ticket prices are AED200 per day or AED300 for both days when buying a weekend ticket.

Children aged 11 and under can gain free entrance, with valid, government issued, photo identification bearing child’s date of birth, i.e., each child must prove that they are 11 or under with photo id and only when accompanied by their parents or guardian who shall complete a form before gaining entrance into the event.
