Edit Title Names
Currently we can create titles and delete them but I don't see a way to edit the names! So I would like to see a way to edit the created title names instead of deleting them and then turning right around and re-creating them...

It took me a while to figure out what you were talking about, lol, but it sounds like you're talking about "user levels" aka "custom titles." I agree that it would be nice to be able to edit them, instead of having to delete and re-create them.

That is the ticket 
It would also be really great if we could still put the custom title name in even when we are using a graphic as the title. Currently I have not figured out a way to have both in place and it makes keeping track of what title is what (when using graphics) a tad tedious...

Are you talking about background images or images inserted via HTML?
HTML is simple: alt attribute, which should be there anyway.
For background images, you could do <div class="classname">Title here</div> and use a negative text-indent to hide the text.
